At ZARYZ SOLUTION LLP, we strive to provide high-quality IT services. If you are not satisfied, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only if service delivery fails to meet agreed specifications or scope.
For consulting or custom projects, refunds may be provided based on milestones and work completed.
2. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for:
Services already delivered and accepted.
Dissatisfaction due solely to the use of open-source software components, since they are provided as-is under their licenses.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email info@zaryz.com within 7 days of service delivery.
Requests must include proof of payment and reason for dissatisfaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Case-by-Case Review
Each request will be reviewed individually, and refunds are granted at the discretion of ZARYZ SOLUTION LLP.
